Mamboo Ent. is a publisher of hybrid-casual and casual with HQ in Warsaw, Poland and Abu Dhabi, UAE. Established in 2020, the team consists of over 40 specialists. Our company focuses on the hybrid-casual genre, but we're open to candidates with experience in casual, midcore and other genres of games as well.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are looking for a strategic Operations Director to lead and optimize our operations as we grow.

Main responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and overseeing company business activities, ensuring alignment with our goals, driving efficiency across departments:

• Activity Planning: Plan company activities, breaking down goals for departments and employees

• OKR Management: Monitor achievement of company and employee goals and key objective results according to strategy

• Process Optimization: Develop and optimize operational processes

• Coordination: Organize and coordinate work across departments

• Vendor Management: Oversee interactions with external contractors

• Performance Evaluation: Assess department and employee performance

• Project Management: Implement project management best practices

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in IT sector/Mobile development is mandatory

• High level of soft skills and experience in managing big teams

• Proven experience in operations leadership, ideally within a creative or publishing environment

• Strong strategic, project management skills

• Excellent communication and team management abilities
