Design and execute a long-term creative strategy to boost product ROI.
Identify growth opportunities and high-potential channels within the global digital landscape.
Innovate by implementing new tools, frameworks and methodologies to enhance creative output.
Generate fresh and relevant creatives’ ideas, fostering a culture of innovation.
Supervise, evaluate, and guide the team's creative outcomes, providing constructive feedback to elevate their ingenuity.
Analyse UA results and creatives’ performance in order to improve metrics.
Conduct consistent market research and competitors analysis to extract industry trends and insights. Apply this knowledge to drive innovative and effective solutions
Plan and coordinate team’s workload, prioritize tasks ensuring each project's goals are achieved
Mentor and empower team members through continuous feedback, nurturing their professional growth and capabilities.
Foster a resilient team by executing effective recruitment strategies and facilitating knowledge exchange.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, amplify operational efficiency, and elevate overall product quality.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing creative leadership or producing.
Excellence in strategy, ideation and execution across diverse channel touchpoints.
Outstanding conceptual skills with a wide strategic perspective.
A comprehensive grasp of distinct ad networks such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok.
Robust background in performance marketing that is driven by insights and analytics.
A profound comprehension of creative production pipelines.
Experience in presenting work with confidence and elegance. Ability to clarify underlying reasoning behind creative choices within a broader context.
Strong leadership capabilities demonstrated by motivating individuals to achieve remarkable outcomes.
Talent acquisition experience with further onboarding skills.
Adeptness in delivering constructive and empathic feedback to every team member. Ability to recognize and nurture talents.
Open and effective communication aimed at building trust with various stakeholders, including challenging ones.
Operate autonomously, eliminating the necessity for continuous managerial guidance.
Upper-intermediate or advanced English skills.
Would be a plus
A genuine passion for wellness and health tech.
Profound awareness of trends within the health and fitness app landscape and the mobile advertising market.
Experience in creating User-Generated Content (UGC)
