We're looking for a Lead Unity Developer to join the Thundermark team! As part of this team you will lead, manage and grow a talented and diverse team of engineers in building a variety of game projects and solutions that level up the developer experience.

You will be responsible for the development of the technical design of game systems that meet the design and technical needs of the project.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Develop technical design of game systems that meet the design and technical needs of the project;
Lead, manage and grow a talented and diverse team of engineers in building a variety of game projects and solutions that level up the developer experience;
Review code to ensure that newly developed features and systems meet expectations and are coherent with existing code;
Coordinate with other teams, create relationships and lead on shared technical initiatives

What kind of professional are we looking for?

A minimum of 5 years experience in game programming;
A minimum of 1 year of experience managing a team of
game programmers;
Proficient in C# and Unity;
Strong data-structure logic, and technical design skills;
The empathy that allows you to see from a player’s point
of view, as well as your team’s.
