For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Configurating, installing, administrating and maintening of HW/SW
Providing SW/HW support and troubleshooting to SuperScale’s employees in a timely and accurate manner
User access management
HW/SW provisioning - you will be strongly cooperating on the onboarding/offboarding process
Supporting more complex ITO projects related to research, testing and implementation of new tools and automation
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Previous experience in a similar role
University degree is preferred
Good understanding of computer HW/SW and networking
Familiarity with G-suite, Linux/Unix administration and Mac OS is a great advantage
English on an advanced level - we are international, you will communicate in English daily
